Lifetime Warranty Policy
Our lifetime warranty covers failed parts that do not function as described. This warranty does not cover problems that result directly or indirectly from:

  • External causes such as accident, abuse, or misuse
  • Usage that is not in accordance with manufacturers’ suggested use guidelines.

No Hassle Returns
Your Parts Depot LLC RMA process is designed to be as customer friendly as possible. Please make sure to include the copies of any paperwork you received with your order to include copies of the “invoice” and/or “packing list”. These documents are integral to the return process and not having them will likely slow down your return process. The Your Parts Depot LLC
team will make every attempt to resolve your issue in a timely manner.


Account Setup
Set-up your account online or let one of our experienced YPD sales members create an account for you.

Online process:

    • Go to www.yourpartsdepot.com
    • Click on “My Account” Link
    • Click on “Create Account”
    • After account is created, email a copy of your W9 and/or Tax Exempt Form to sales@yourpartsdepot.com

Direct Sales Process:

Email sales@yourpartsdepot.com the following info:

    • Your Name
    • Organization Name
    • Billing Address
    • Shipping Address (if different than billing)
    • Phone number
    • Email address
    • W9
    • Tax Exempt Form (if applicable)

YPD Sales Team will respond when account has been created (usually same day.) Send Quote Requests to sales@yourpartsdepot.com 

Content
All services provided by Your Parts Depot LLC may only be used for lawful purposes.  The laws of the State of MICHIGAN, and the United States of America apply. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Your Parts Depot LLC from any claims resulting from the use of our parts and services. Use of our services or parts to infringe upon any copyright or trademark is prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Payment Information
You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services and/or goods
received from Your Parts Depot LLC, in advance of the time period during which such services and/or goods are provided. You agree that until and unless you notify Your Parts Depot LLC of your desire to cancel any or all services and/or goods received, those services will be billed on a recurring basis. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Once we receive your cancellation request and
have confirmed all necessary information with you via email, we will inform you in writing (typically email) that your account has been canceled.
 
Cancellations and Refunds
Your Parts Depot LLC reserves the right to cancel the account at any time with or without notice. Violations of the Terms of Service will waive the refund policy. 

Indemnification
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Your Parts
Depot LLC harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Your Parts Depot LLC, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to
defend, indemnify and hold harmless Your Parts Depot LLC against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Your Parts Depot LLC; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the
proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customers from Your Parts Depot LLC's server.

Arbitration
By using any Your Parts Depot LLC services, you agree to submit to binding
arbitration. If any disputes or claims arise against Your Parts Depot LLC or its subsidiaries, such disputes will be handled by an arbitrator of Your Parts Depot LLC's choice. An arbitrator from the American Arbitration Association will be selected. Arbitrators shall be attorneys or retired judges and shall be selected pursuant to the applicable rules. All decisions rendered by the arbitrator will be
binding and final. The arbitrator's award is final and binding on all parties. The Federal Arbitration Act, and not any state arbitration law, governs all arbitration under this Arbitration Clause. You are also responsible for any and all costs related to such arbitration. 

Disclaimer
Your Parts Depot LLC shall not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Your Parts Depot LLC makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Your Parts Depot LLC disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Your Parts Depot LLC and its employees.

Disclosure to law enforcement
Your Parts Depot LLC may disclose any subscriber information to law enforcement agencies without further consent or notification to the subscriber
upon lawful request from such agencies. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies. 

Changes to the TOS
Your Parts Depot LLC reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without notice.
